  • In original condition (unopened/unused with all packaging)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Not on our non-returnable list (see below)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process in 3-5 business days (timing depends on your bank)
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To keep all our customers safe and happy, these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Bath & Pool Toys (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used Bath, Baking & Beauty Products
  • Opened Card Games where components could be missing
  • Customizable Card Games that have been personalized
  • Opened Activity Books with completed pages
